Art is a really, really broad term. Whether it’s digital or traditional, oral, writing, visual, musical…there’s a lot of art. As an artist myself, I feel called out by a bunch of these, and that’s okay! Working in a creative field like I do, including IWSMT, can be challenging for various reasons, whether it’s consistent work, fair pay, or even just the mental exhaustion that comes with being creative!
