Many aspects of our lives are effected by design. Whether it’s simply walking down a sidewalk and how it was paved, the user interface of our phones, or what typeface was used on a billboard: all of these things, and so much more, are design concepts. “Visual design” is a broader understanding of design based around…well…visual designs. Text, images, documents, ads, decorative stuff — all these are examples of visual design. And while there are some brilliant designs out there, there are also some that just…aren’t it.
