Happy Sunday! Small wins, gentle humans, quiet love, unexpected goodness, and moments that make the world feel not so bad. No urgency, no doom scrolling, just a reminder that the world is still full of decent people and cozy things 🙂

Weekly mission: Learn to calm your nervous system. If you want to calm yourself, start with your body, not your mind. Let your body feel safe first. When the body settles, the mind can begin to calm too. Take a slow breath in through your nose for 2–3 seconds, then exhale longer than you inhaled. Drop your shoulders and let your arms feel heavy. Press your feet gently into the floor and notice the support. Relax your hands, open your palms, or rest them on something solid. Unclench your jaw and let your tongue rest on the floor of your mouth. Put one hand on your chest or stomach and feel the warmth. Stretch your neck slowly from side to side. Shake out your hands or legs for a few seconds to release tension. Wrap yourself in a blanket or hold something warm.
